Wasley Wood Property Group was originally formed in 2009 with our first HMO conversion in Goole. Since then the Group has gone from strength to strength, now owning over 100 residential and commercial units across Yorkshire. We have a fantastic team of 20+ colleagues that help manage and operate the various businesses within the Group.

 

Wasley Wood Property Management Ltd is a specialist provider of services to the HMO and Serviced Accommodation sectors. Our services include property management, compliance, cleaning, linen services and repairs & maintenance. This business was originally formed to service our own properties, but now offers professional services to other property investors who wish to operate their portfolios to the same high standard that we do.

 

Places To Stay UK Ltd operates and manages a number of serviced accommodation units across Yorkshire and beyond. We offer high quality 'feels like home'​ houses and apartments at affordable rates, that are proving popular with families, businessmen/women, contractors, tradesman, overseas tourists and groups of friends.

 

The property development business originally focused on the renovation and conversion of residential properties into HMOs, but in recent years we have moved into larger commercial to residential developments and new build opportunities. In addition to our own resources, our projects are funded by a number of commercial lenders and private investors. We are growing rapidly so always open to discuss new opportunities with other experienced investors.
